Reservations
Keep stays, site details, arrivals, and departures in a shared operating view.
Camp Orbit helps you set up, run, and improve your park—not just manage bookings. Bring reservations, payments, maintenance, housekeeping, and daily work into one operating view.
Camp Orbit is being built for independent owners who need more than a reservation screen. The platform connects the information behind every stay with the work that keeps the property moving.
Keep stays, site details, arrivals, and departures in a shared operating view.
See payment status beside the guest and reservation details it belongs to.
Connect repair needs to sites, schedules, priorities, and responsible team members.
Coordinate turnovers and readiness around the day’s actual arrivals and departures.
Give the team a clear list of what needs attention, what is assigned, and what is done.
Product stage: This connected operating workspace is in development. Final launch features and integrations may change.
Recent national reports point to a market that is holding demand while changing its mix: guests are planning more intentionally, spending more per stay, and rewarding parks that pair outdoor character with reliable basics.
The Outdoor Hospitality Pricing Index reported a 53.4% Demand Pressure Index in August 2026, up from 52.2% in July. Its national weighted average nightly rate was $102.72.
RoverPass recorded 2025 reservation volume down 1% while revenue rose 5.2%. Walk-ins fell 81.8%, cancellations reached a record low, and ancillary revenue grew 47.3%.
For sold-out site types, the median booking window compressed from 154 days in April to 97 days in August 2026. That makes timely pricing and availability decisions more important during the season.
Cabins and other glamping units accounted for 29% of camping experiences in 2025, while 54% of campers said they planned to glamp in 2026. Parks are broadening lodging beyond conventional RV and tent sites.
RoverPass reported November bookings up 18.7% in 2025. A separate Campspot survey found 77% planned trips into September and 58% into October 2026.
Capstone Manufactured Housing closed the sale of Sun Meadows, a 288-site community near Houston that traded 96% leased—its first sale in more than three decades. Northmarq’s first-quarter read puts Southern manufactured-housing occupancy at 94.9%, up year over year and 120 basis points above the national average.
Campspot’s 2025 planning guide ranked practical comfort first, then recreation and stay-enhancing services. The figures use 2024 camper survey data.
View the Campspot 2025 amenity guideOccupancy note: No named source publishes an official U.S. campground occupancy rate for full-year 2025. Loan Analytics, citing an ARVC survey, gives a structural national benchmark of 60–70% average annual occupancy, with figures labeled 2023; it should not be compared directly with OHPI’s 2026 booked-site-night index. Walk through three moments in a first park’s operating week. The demo shows how Camp Orbit is designed to turn scattered details into a clear next move.
Organize sites, people, and repeatable routines before the first busy weekend.
Assign an owner to each step so the team knows who handles what.
Sample numbers illustrate the intended workflow, not a live customer account. Camp Orbit is in development.
This short social video introduces Camp Orbit to first-time park owners juggling reservations, upkeep, guest care, and the daily work of building reliable routines.
Download the social videoInstead of leaving information trapped in separate modules, Camp Orbit is designed to look across the operation, surface what needs attention, and recommend a practical next step.
Spot a late payment, unassigned turnover, maintenance conflict, or other exception in the connected park data.
Explain what needs attention and present a practical next step with the relevant context attached.
Keep the operator in control with a clear review point before any supported action moves forward.
Carry out the approved, supported action and return the result to the shared operating view.
Owner control is part of the design. AI Operations is planned, not available today. Actions would require owner approval, and completion would be limited to supported tasks and connected integrations.
Camp Orbit is designed around three jobs every owner has to do well: build the operation, keep the day moving, and learn where the park can improve.
Build solid routines from day one with a workspace that keeps the moving pieces understandable.
Standardize the work across teams and properties while keeping an owner-level view of what needs attention.
The idea for Camp Orbit came to me after I saw a post about the issues new owners were having while running the parks they had just bought.
I saw a gap. New park owners are learning an entire operation at once, while experienced owners have already built the routines and practical knowledge that keep a park moving.
I wanted to help close it. Camp Orbit is being built to give owners a clearer way to organize the day-to-day work, learn what matters, and turn experience into repeatable systems.
Start is $79 per property each month. Owner is $129 per property each month. Portfolio is $299 each month for up to three parks, then $75 per month for each additional park.
For first-time operators and smaller independent parks building a strong foundation.
For established single-property operators coordinating a larger park and team.
For multi-park owners who need consistent oversight across every property.
See how a park-first approach creates a clearer day for owners, teams, and guests.
Camp Orbit is designed around the real rhythm of RV parks and campgrounds. Reservations, guest needs, maintenance, activities, and local providers come together in one clear view instead of forcing a park into a system built for a different kind of property.
A booking is only one part of a guest’s stay. Camp Orbit connects arrival details with guest care, park tasks, maintenance, and local experiences so the operation stays organized before, during, and after check-in.
When notes, texts, calendars, and task lists live apart, details are easier to miss. Camp Orbit gives the team one shared place to see what needs attention, what has been handled, and what each guest needs next.
Yes. Clear arrival information, better-tracked requests, and a useful guide to activities and trusted local providers all contribute to a smoother, more memorable stay.
No. New owners can build strong routines from the start, while experienced operators can bring established knowledge into a cleaner shared system that supports the whole team.
AI Operations is the planned layer that will connect information across reservations, payments, maintenance, housekeeping, and daily tasks. The intended workflow is simple: identify an issue, recommend an action, let the owner approve it, then complete the supported task.
Camp Orbit is currently in development. The connected operating workspace represents the intended launch direction, while AI Operations is a planned capability. Final features, integrations, and timing will be confirmed before launch.
Choose Start for a first or smaller park, Owner for a growing single property, or Portfolio for coordinated multi-park operations. Every tier uses published, predictable pricing rather than adding a Camp Orbit fee to each reservation.
